"We moved into our 1980s home about three years ago and about 1/2 of the zones worked.  About a year ago I had a repair person come and spend a few hours looking for broken wires, valves, or whatever was the problem, but nothing was found.  I was reluctant to call another repair person fearing that I would spend money with no results.  I even contemplated installing another system over the current system.  A few months later we had Billy come out and fix a broken pipe.  My wife was so impressed with Billy showing up on time and his crew working until it was fixed that she encouraged me to call him to take a look at the system.  After about a year, and a very dead lawn, I called.  He showed up with a four man crew and within three hours they found all sprinkler boxes (some buried three inches under the ground), replaced three valves and re-rewired a few others and every zone was working.  I saved thousands of dollars and endless hours of frustration.  I was particularly impressed with his crew.  Even when Billy was out bidding another job, they continued to work, not one person sat and leaned on a shovel.  They came on time, worked until it was done, and cleaned up before they left.  I recommend Billy without reservation."
